Why I created the club
For more than a decade, I have led complex construction and engineering projects, multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
Along the way, I encountered difficult project decisions where the facts could only take me so far. Sometimes, I simply needed a trusted peer to help me pressure-test what my intuition was telling me.
I wished there were a confidential space to share the real situation—sometimes anonymously—and learn from professionals who understood delivery pressure. That space did not exist, so I created it.
