Our shared promise

Club standards and confidentiality

A useful professional community depends on members feeling safe enough to discuss what is difficult—not only what went well.

1

Protect the room

Do not copy, screenshot, forward, or publicly repeat another member’s post without their explicit permission.

2

Remove identifying details

Do not name clients, employers, projects, counterparties, or individuals when discussing sensitive situations.

3

Contribute, do not promote

No unsolicited selling, link dumping, recruitment spam, or private-message pitching.

4

Challenge ideas respectfully

Different views are valuable. Personal attacks, ridicule, and dismissive replies are not.

5

Share responsibly

Member experience is peer input, not legal, financial, safety, or contractual advice. Apply your professional judgment.

6

Use anonymity honestly

Anonymous posting protects sensitive discussions; it must never be used to target, accuse, or mislead.

Confidentiality has limits

The club may review hidden identity information when necessary for member safety, legal compliance, or serious rule violations. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed against lawful disclosure requirements.
